R & R Promotions founder Andrew Williams is one of Professional Boxing's up and coming stars, a promotional power house. Andrew started promoting sell out amateur club shows in 2004. In early 2007 Andrew and R & R Promotions won a bid for an Olympic Qualifier to be held in Cincinnati. This week long Qualifier was a successful sellout, two contest a day, Tournament. After the 2008 Olympics several of the Cincinnati Fighters made the decision to turn pro and Andrew made the decision to turn pro as a promoter with them. In less than 2 years Mr. Williams has become the top professional boxing promoter in the state of Ohio.
Andrew is also co-promoter with Oscar De La Hoya�s Golden Boy Promotions. Together they promote one of boxing's future champions, Cincinnati�s own, Adrien Broner who boasts a record of 18-0 with 15 knockouts. Adrien is now ranked #3 in the Nation and is trained by legendary trainer, Cincinnati native Olympic Coach, Michael Stafford and managed by Al Hayman.
R & R Promotions has an innovative approach to promoting, we marry hip hop and R&B stars with boxing's stars. On our show we combine boxing with national recording artists such as Trey Songz, Chrisette Michelle, Frankie Beverly and Maze, Mario, Kerri Hilson, and Latoya Luckett just to name a few. At R&R Promotions it is our belief that professional boxing shows should be a major sporting and entertainment event.

R&R Amateur & Golden Gloves/USA Boxing Head Coach

Cincinnati Native Michael Stafford has been involved with amateur and professional boxing for more than 20 years. Under the direction of Buddy LaRosa, Stafford is recognized by USA Boxing as one of the top trainers in the United States. Under his tutelage he has trained and developed more Olympians than any other coach in US History. Along with that he has been a National Team Coach and International Team Coach to many of our nations top amateurs through out his career as a level IV USA Boxing Coach. In 2004 Coach Mike was one of the Olympic Team coaches and in 2005 was named Coach of the Year by the United States Olympic Committee. Currently Coach Mike has been named a coach for the 2012 Olympic Team.

2 Time Olympian Raushee Warren, is looking again to be a part of the 2012 Olympic Team and make Olympic history to be the first American to return to the Olympics for the third time. He has trained with Coach Mike since he was a mere 7 year old boy.

In late 2006 Denise DuBose-LaGuidice became a part of the R & R Promotions Team. Denise came to our team after working with R & R Promotions as the Administrative Assistant on the very successful July 2006 event named Team Ohio vs Team Canada.
Denise is an Army Veteran, where she learned to multi task which is an asset as she plays many roles within the R & R Promotions family. Denise�s main role is Administrative Manager and Assistant to Mr. Andrew Williams, President of R & R Promotions.

Faith Daniels

Faith Daniels is a jack of all trades! Although Faith is a Radio Personality and veteran of 27 years with a background in Promotions and Marketing, she is skilled in many areas and event planning and execution is at the top of that list. Faith’s desire to help the community and plan and execute events came together when she began to work with R&R Promotions’ boxing program. Faith has a heart to help keep young men off the streets and out of jail all the while encouraging them to dream past tomorrow. Her skill in planning and executing events on a larger scale as well as coordinating a team of volunteers to work along side paid staff have taken R&R Promotions’ boxing from events to Experiences!
When asked why she chose to work with R&R Promotions and other groups that help build the community, encourage the youth and provide healthy solutions, Faith states, “My desire is and will always be to simply meet the need and create an experience that will not soon be forgotten by the people whose lives I have the blessing to touch.”

Renee’ Aiken winner of the 2009 Salute to Philly Boxers Matchmaker of the year award, originally from Queens, New York, a mom of one, Christion and a retired Correction Officer has blazed a trail throughout the boxing world over the last several years, having an array of skills has made her a Promoters dream but she has chosen to devote her time to Matchmaking. After working with several top notch Promoters all over the country she has decided to team up with R & R Promotions as their official Matchmaker.

Sean Kissee

Coming from a boxing background, Sean Kissee’s Father fought as an amateur for the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Cincinnati, his Great Uncle was a local standout Professional fighter, John Nichols, and his grandfather boxed as an amateur for the US Navy then later turned Pro. Sean was destined to become involved in boxing. This talented amateur received an eye injury in a sparring session and was asked by doctors to take 4-6 months away from the ring. His love for the sweet science could not keep him away from the gym; Sean decided to try his hand at promoting. A partnership was formed with R&R Promotions and Kissee has become a natural.
